PLs:
1) Record patrol attendence
2) Ensure patrol memebers are on task
3) Ensure patrol memebers pass their respective tiers.
- Tiers
1) Sec 1 Tier 1 (SS) to pass by june
2) Sec 2 Tier 2 (ASS) to pass by june
3) Sec 3 Tier 3 (First class) to pass by the end of the year
4) Sec 4 Tier 4 contact David Wong

APLs:
1) Ensure safety and welfare of patrol members
2) Collect forms and money from patrol members
3) Allocation of members from their patrol for events

1) Chairman: Varshan Balakrishan
- ensure whole troop is on task
- notify troop on events

2) Training secretary (1) : Matthew Ryan Teo
- Identify courses for the troop
- sign and fill up forms to be submitted to HQ

3) Quatermaster (1) : Ryan Chin
4) Quatermaster (2) : Leshaun
- Ensure spark rack, den, cage is clean
- Ensure troop equipment is maintained in good condition

5)External & Internal secretary (1) : Julian Chun
- cordinate external combined meetings
- Plan which campfires to go to
-Report troop attendence to Mr Liang
-Ensure PLs update attendence sheet online

6) Treasurer (1) : Evan Goh
-Approve and spend money for the welfare of troop
- Collect money and reciepts
